Parkloft
Developer Doug Wilson broke ground in September, 2000 on Parkloft.
Parkloft offers residences with large, open living
and work spaces and a facade of solid brick.
The first phase is an 11-story, 120-unit building with some units
overlooking the Padres ballpark. The poured-in-place
concrete and brick building includes one and two-story condominiums
ranging from 930 to over 3,000 square feet.
