Park Laurel on the Prado
R.S. Lawrence Development Inc is developing Park Laurel
in the Bankers Hill area
on the block bounded by Sixth, Laurel, Fifth and Maple. Park Laurel will be
two 14-story luxury urban residential towers with a total of 94 units.
Sizes will range from 2,600 to more than 4,700 square feet.
Park Laurel's first phase in tentatively scheduled for completion in 2003.
The timing of the second tower will depend on market conditions. Nielsen-Dillingham
Builders is the general contractor. BCG International
is the project management team.
Park Laurel will include:
