CityMark @ Cortez Hill
CityMark @ Cortez Hill includes sixteen distinctive townhomes
located between Ninth and 10th avenues and Beech and Cedar streets.
Situated near the newly renovated El Cortez Building and construction
by CityMark Development.
Three floor plans will range from 1,400 to over 1,900 square feet.
All plans will feature two or three bedrooms and two baths. Many
features are unique to these townhomes. For example, all homes
have either large backyards or private roof decks. Also, CityMark has
designed these townhomes with privacy and convenience in mind. Access
to each townhouse will be available via stairs from the street and private
access from garages. They will have the character of established, east
coast "brownstones" with modern amenities and thoughfully-designed
California homes.
As one of the neighborhood districts in downtown, Cortez Hill sits above
the hustle and bustle of the city, but is still very close to everything the
city has to offer. Cortez Hill offers quick access to freeways with secluded
neighborhood living.
